This project consisted of typesetting the article, “Some Virtuous of Design” by Gui Bonsiepe, along with another text of the designer’s choosing. The article goes in-depth about different practices (virtuous) graphic designers, or any designer for that matter, to better their design process.

While it wasn’t necessary for the partner text to match the content of Bonsiepe’s essay, the designer’s main purpose was to achieve a seamless flow between them by use of layouts and with help of a grid, column, and baseline system. This project was typeset and completed in Adobe InDesign. The partner text to the essay were excerpts from the short story, “Breakfast At Tiffany’s” by Truman Capote. The designer personally typeset each extract used from his personal copy of the short story.
